FRP Ductings are fabricated in
Singapore, using a rounded pipe mould according
to dimensions required.
The fabrication technique is hand
lay over the pipe mould, using glass mat and resin
and the use of steel rollers to remove any air
entrapment.
It is a continued process untill
the required pipe thickness is achieved.
Reinforcing materials used for
the checked plate construction will be 450gm mat,
800gm woven roving. Resin used will be corrosion
resistant and fire retardant isophthalic polyester
resin.
